About Me

I have been around dogs all my life and involved in rescue for many years. I have always loved the beauty and gentle nature of sighthounds. When I got my first whippet, I fell in love with the breed and the rest as they say is history ! My family consists of two lurchers, two whippets and a very bossy cat. Jane and I set up this rescue in January 2010. Special thanks to MJ Fox from Orchard Greyhound Sanctuary for giving us her encouragement and support. I hope you enjoy your visit to our site. x

Absolutely loved the videos, once in love with whippets, always in love, and this includes lurchers as well. I have had two beautiful black rescue dogs in the past. Their beauty in motion is to behold, and cannot imagine life without them. Cheered me up for the evening! thankyou Sarah
